- Janet was appointed as a Food Critic by the Erie Times News. Following is an excerpt from the article in the July 18, 2007 paper:
Janet Krack,
67, has been married for 19 years and has two grown children from a previous marriage. She cooks for her husband and likes making cookies for friends and family.
She said she loves experimenting with new recipes. She has entered pies and cookies in contests as part of the Waterford Fair every year.
She said she’d like to see recipes for kids to try that require minimal supervision.
